Danger - Pollution Hazard: The Spring at Spring Close/Burwell Castle

Water testing has recently shown harmful levels of pollution in the spring pool and stream. Very high levels of dangerous bacteria (E.coli) have been found. Levels are likely to be higher after rainfall, but may be present at other times. People and dogs should not enter the water.
